• Payment status — whether an order is paid or cash-on-delivery. If you pay online, the payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials.

03 WhatsApp & Meta

Our ordering service runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message us, your messages are delivered through WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's terms in addition to this policy. We receive your WhatsApp profile name and number so we can identify your order.

04 Sharing your information

We share your information only with parties that help us fulfil your order, and only to the extent needed:

• Delivery partners — we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our logistics/delivery partners (for example, Borzo and similar services) so your order can be picked up and delivered to you.
• Payment providers — if you choose to pay online, your payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway under its own privacy terms.
• Service providers — trusted providers who host our systems and help us operate the ordering service, bound to keep your data confidential.
• Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, customers, or staff.

05 How long we keep it

We keep your order and contact information for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. When it is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below), subject to any records we must retain by law.
